Please take the following measurements, using the appropriate charts below as guides. We find you get the most accurate measurements by having someone else measure you, rather than trying to measure yourself. For jackets and vests please measure while wearing a suitable shirt or blouse. For shirts and blouses please measure while wearing the appropriate support undergarments. Also list what your regular sizing is i.e. Misses, Ladies, 12, 14, 16...22, 24 etc.
